Basically, you can cancel your booking up to 7 days before arrival. If you have booked via an external portal and not directly with us, other cancellation conditions may apply. If canceled within 7 days of the day before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations on the day of arrival, the total amount is due for payment.
